NIPGBL President JR Nicholl attended today’s unfurling of the VBL flag at Balmoral Bowling Club. VBL President Robert McCullough (Antrim Lawn) unfurled the flag with NIBA President Tommy Cheevers and IBA Vice President Dan Dempsey also in attendance.
