In the last couple of weeks we have received notifications about a couple of clubs that have had to close their doors for a time due to COVID. In these cases the GP Committee has decided to invoke the 28 working days rule to give teams the chance to play the fixtures. Each game or set of games will be handled on a “case-by-case” basis.
The League Secretary and GP Committee appreciates your patience and co-operation on these matters.
We also have to consider that that we have a league season to complete, and the season cannot go past the second Saturday in September. With that in mind, we ask that everyone continues to take care and follow all guidance and maybe even be a little more cautious than any official guidance to help stop the spread and help all bowlers to continue to enjoy our game.
