Clubs required to do so under Rule 4a should submit the names of a minimum of 8 players to be registered. The names should be submitted to the League Secretary before the start of the first league match of the season. Clubs which fail to register the minimum of 8 players shall have 7 points deducted from each match until the 8 players are registered. Clubs should note that ‘female players are exempt from the registration process.’
